To hold land in trust in order to create and preserve housing in Franklin County that is environmentally sound, accessible and affordable.
Our Aims:
To remove Franklin County land and housing from the speculative market
To create and steward all types of affordable housing
To reverse the racial homeownership and equity gaps in Franklin County
To work in concert with various town housing authorities and housing organizations that currently exist and work in Franklin County
To create housing that is environmentally sustainable, in both its construction and its operation
